Affirming Assessments
Finding an accurate diagnosis and an affirming assessment experience can be incredibly challenging. Many neurodivergent clients have been missed or mis-diagnosed due to being high masking or low support needs. This can be complicated further if you are assigned female at birth or are BIPOC.
Better understand your identity and support needs
We offer psychological testing and clinical assessments to clarify diagnosis and offer clients a better understanding of themselves. Our assessments are a neurodiversity affirming experience from start to finish. We honor the support needs of our clients during our assessments (more breaks during testing if needed or accommodations in the testing environment). We specialize in assessment for Neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD, and PDA) and support our clients in learning more about their unique identity. We offer testing for all ages including children, teens, and adults (late diagnosis).
Comprehensive Psychological Testing
Comprehensive psychological testing is a deep dive into your psychological differences, strengths, and support needs. This testing is completed by a licensed psychologist and includes a full battery of test measures to help rule in/out ADHD, Autism, and any other co-occurring diagnosis and differences (PDA, depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, learning disorders, social anxiety, etc). This evaluation is for you if you are looking to understand the complete picture of your mental health with a robust exploration of all possible diagnosis/differences.
The process:
A clinical interview (discussing your observations about yourself, psychological/developmental history)
In-person testing appointment(s) utilizing several self report measures, MIGDAS-2 and/or ADOS-2, WAIS-IV, CPT-3, and CATA. Other measures will be given as indicated by your needs
With your permission, the assessor will contact people in your life to gather additional information about you and your experience
Documentation/record review (assessor will review any previous school records, IEPs, previous testing)
After testing is completed, you will be invited back for a discussion of the results of the testing, and you will be given a comprehensive report for your records

Autism Assessment
For clients only interested in determining whether they are autistic or allistic (not autistic), we offer an Autism clinical assessment. The Autism assessment will also identify those with a PDA profile.
The process includes:
A clinical interview (discussing your observations about yourself, psychological/developmental history)
In-person or virtual clinical assessment appointment(s) using several self report measures, MIGDAS-2 and/or ADOS-2 and other measures as indicated by your unique needs
After assessment is completed, you will be invited back for a discussion of the results and you will be given a copy of the results for your records
